After so many years of hurt, England won the World Cup for the first time in 1966 when the under 20s side took home the trophy, beating Venezuela 1-0 courtesy of Everton's Dominic Calvert-Lewin's strike.

The Young Lions' success in the tournament attracted the country's interest and more and more people tuned into the tournament as the side progressed. With increasing focus on the sides competing, it was a greater chance for some of the younger players to shine, knowing good performances could lead to a big-money move.

There's a history of players catching the eye on the international stage and earning those marquee signings: Holland's famous U21 side that won the Euros ended up spread across Europe's top leagues, for instance. And there's a good chance we'll see more of those stars who lit up the u20 World Cup doing the same.

The form of new Liverpool striker Dominic Solanke at the tournament has already led Chelsea to raise the fee they believe they should receive for him but who else should be in line for a transfer this summer? Who were some of the stars Premier League sides should be looking to sign?

Currently At: Kafue Celtic FC

Position: Winger

This versatile Zambia attacker is capable of playing across the midfield as well as out wide and even upfront as he was a constant threat throughout the tournament and a major part in helping Zambia reach the last eight. Among the best substitutes at 2017's u20s African Cup of Nations he went on to deliver another set of splendid displays and upon his return, was nominated for a high cost residential plot by Kalulushi Municipal Council.

His persistence and pace made him such a threat during the World Cup and those qualities would drive him to success in the English top flight.

Clubs That He'd Suit: Leicester, Watford
