Liverpool’s 2013/14 Away Shirt Revealed?

kit Are these Liverpool's new home and away kits for the 2013/14 season? Caught Offside posted the above photograph this morning and we have to say, this does look legitimate. The Reds appear to have ditched each of their plain black and purple away shirts used throughout the current campaign in favour of a white strip with black trim and a combination of the previous colours in a rather odd looking design for kit number 3. The American-owned club continue their 'Warrior' adventure having been dumped by Adidas prior to last season. The German sportswear giant ditched the Reds in January 2012 and ended a 27-year association due to their failure to qualify for Europe and crack the top four. However, Boston-based Warrior Sports rescued Liverpool ahead of the current campaign and agreed to hand over £150 million ($232 million) for six years of kit sponsorship. That's more than double the value of the Adidas deal and dwarfes Manchester United's £23 million-a-year agreement with Nike. Only Barcelona earn more from sponsorships, with the Nou Camp giants picking up ‚31 million ($41 million) each year from Nike. Warrior Sports are owned by Boston-based New Balance, while Liverpool are owned by Boston-based Fenway Sports Group. What do you think of the new Liverpool kits?
