'Luis Suarez 9' Barcelona Shirts Go On Sale In Spain

A shop in Spain has started selling 'Suarez 9' shirts ahead of the Liverpool striker's £63 million move to Barcelona.

TwitterTwitterLuis Suarez hasn't yet completed his move to Barcelona yet, but that hasn't stopped a shop in Spain from stocking 'Suarez 9' shirts, as seen above and posted on Twitter. Suarez is expected to leave Liverpool this summer and join the Catalan giants for £63 million, according to the Telegraph. Suarez is currently serving a four-month ban from 'all football related activity' for biting defender Giorgio Chiellini during a World Cup game between Italy and Uruguay, and will not play competitively again until October, though Barca are currently in talks with the 27-year-old after opening discussions last Wednesday. As negotiations enter another week, a sportswear shop in Barcelona, Futbol Mania, has taken the bold step of predicting that Suarez will soon be a Barca player by becoming the first company to begin selling shirts with the hitman's name on them, above the No.9, the number the forward will supposedly be allocated at the Nou Camp. Forward Alexis Sanchez may have something to say about that, however, as he is currently the club's No.9, though has been strongly linked with moves to Arsenal and Liverpool this summer. The Reds have held talks with the Chilean over a move, but may be beaten to the punch by the Gunners.
