Man Utd Home Kit 2014/15 Season Officially Revelaed

What the Red Devils will be wearing in a European less season.

TwitterTwitterManchester United have released their new home kit for the 2014-15 Premier League season, according to the BBC. The strip was posted on the club's official Twitter account this afternoon and was sported by Wayne Rooney, Robin van Persie and Shinji Kagawa. As was to be expected, the new home shirt remains in the Red Devil's traditional colours - red, white and black - and boasts a new-look collar. There is a small message written inside the back of the neck which reads 'youth, courage, greatness' which is said to typify the Manchester club's core values. The kit is emblazoned with sponsors Chevrolet's golden logo in the centre with the swooped tick of Nike in the top right-hand corner. United are in the final year of their agreement with Nike, who are one of three competing companies to sponsor the club after the current deal expires. United aren't the only Premier League side to have unveiled their official new strip. Southampton, West Ham and Liverpool have all unveiled theirs, with the Saints returning to a red-and-white stripes look. The Hammers have taken a retro route and will wear a kit similar to the one they wore in 1985-86 when they secured third place - their highest ever topflight finish. Liverpool appear to have embraced their illustrious past with their new designs and have plumped for a yellow coloured second shirt. Merseyside rivals Everton meanwhile have gone for a retro collar. Others to have released their new shirts this summer are Chelsea, Stoke City, Crystal Palace and Aston Villa. Manchester United's new shirt is now available for purchase from the club's official website. What do you think of the design? Let us know in the comment section, below.
