According to the Daily Mail, Manchester United are ready to make a £30 million bid for Sao Paulo midfielder Lucas Moura. The player has been linked with a move to Old Trafford all summer and the club are now ready to make the Brazilian team a huge offer for the youngsters services. 19-year-old Moura has also caught the eye of Italian giants Inter Milan but Manchester United are sending over a representative to begin discussions on a deal and are thought to have been faster out of the blocks with a big money offer. It is unclear whether the player would wish to join Manchester United although he has not denied a potential move away from Sao Paulo. Lucas said: I cannot guarantee that I will stay until the end of my contract. Much has changed and the situation is not up to me any more. I know my father and my agent had a meeting (with Inter) but I don't know what was said.Inter Milan are reportedly ready to submit a £20 million this week which was an improvement on their winter proposal of £15 million but Manchester United's latest offer looks set to ambush this deal after missing out on Luka Modric (who looks Real Madrid bound), Gareth Bale (who signed a contract extension at Spurs) and Eden Hazard (who has joined Chelsea).
