Man Utd Transfer News: Wesley Sneijder Favours Premier League Move

Manchester United target Wesley Sneijder to move to the Premier League?

Sneijder Long-term Manchester United target Wesley Sneijder could be set for a move to the Premier League after informing his advisers he would prefer a move to England rather than Turkey, according to the Daily Mail. Yesterday, reports emerged that the creative midfielder was on the verge of a move to Turkish outfit Galatasaray after being left out in the cold at Inter Milan, whom he has not played for since September after refusing to accept a wage cut. Inter Milan President Massimo Moratti confirmed an offer had been accepted for the player, and the Turkish outfit do not expect any last-minute drama. However, Sneijder has now informed his people that he would prefer to move to England instead, and his representatives have been in talks with a string of top Premier League sides such as Arsenal, Manchester United, Manchester City, Tottenham and Chelsea. However, it is understood they all turned him down because of his excessive £200,000-a-week wage demands. It is becoming increasingly obvious that the player will now have to adjust his personal terms if he is to avoid missing out on his ambition to join a Premier League side this month. It is therefore now looking more likely that he will end up joining Galatasaray, and the club€™s director Bulent Tulun told Turkish radio station Radyospor:
€œSneijder will give us a response inside 24 hours, but in 99 per cent of these cases the transfer negotiations are already done.€
