Team News

If Galatasaray faced a mountain to climb in overturning a 3-0 deficit in the second leg of tonight's Champions League quarter final, their mission has been made all the more difficult by the suspension to leading goalscorer Burak Yilmaz. The Turk will miss out tonight having picked up a yellow card in the first leg, while centre-back Dany Nounkeu is similarly unavailable. Left-back Albert Riera and vice-captain and attacking midfielder Selcuk Inan do however return to the fold having been rested for the 3-1 victory over Mersin IY at the weekend. Real Madrid will have to make do without suspended duo Sergio Ramos and Xabi Alonso, who will be replaced by Raphael Varane and Luka Modric respectively. Iker Casillas has returned from injury but the goalkeeper looks set to miss out to Diego Lopez, who has been found in fine form during the absence of the club's current No.1.

Key Stats
