Eastern Europe; the place where hundreds of different cultures, histories, terrains and languages are all just a train journey away from each other. There are few places in the world that can match it. There are many experts and scholars who argue which countries actually should have the label of 'Eastern Europe' leaving many countries infuriated when their home land is not counted as part of the region. It is widley agreed however that these following countries qualify for the title; Russia, Romania, Moldova, Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Albania, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Bosnia, Herzegovina, Croatia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Serbia, Ukraine and Belarus. (This also doubles up as a list for potential Eurovision winners). The prestigious Miss World title has been bought home to this region twice and some of the most beautiful women in the world come from Eastern Europe with Natalia Vodianova, Paulina Porizkova, Anna Kournikova and Maria Sharapova (beauty is in the 'Ova') to name a few.
