5. Bruce

Bruce might be known as the effeminate, openly gay jack of all trades, but he's also one of those "that guy" characters whose name you might not even know if you're not a big fan of the show. Bruce has had plenty of action in short gags on the series (his best moment might have been turning up on The Cleveland Show actually), but has never really had the spotlight for any extended period of time. Given he has gone through multiple jobs while on the show, why not have him wind up working with Peter, or taking Chris under his wing, or better yet, Stewie? With Stewie's gay angle being played up a lot, having Bruce as a mentor could have interesting results (and perhaps explain for the sad adult Stewie we find in Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story).
