10. The Walking Glenn (S3E07 €“ "When the Dead Come Knocking")

The Walking Dead (Season 2) After running into Merle, Glenn and Maggie are captured and interrogated separately. Merle tries to beat the information out of Glenn, while The Governor tries to scare Maggie into giving up the location of the prison. Merle wants to know where his brother is, and also help The Governor take over the prison. The scene between The Governor and Maggie was very disturbing and unpleasant. Maggie is a fan favorite character and no one wants to see The Governors filthy hands all over her. The scene between Merle and Glenn was very hard to watch. Glenn is one of the most innocent characters on the show and it was tough to watch him be beaten by Merle so ruthlessly. The scene takes a very dark turn when Merle returns with a walker and traps him in the room with Glenn still tied to the chair. Glenn has to think fast and try to free himself to kill the walker. The scene was well choreographed and showed how great of an actor Steven Yeun really is.
