Tara Strong has arguably the most popular Internet presence of any voice actor of the moment because she's voiced characters across a variety of genres including cartoons, films, and video games. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ngexLUHKC5E#t=561 For some reason though, Strong has rarely been seen on screen and if she has been it's in a small role, such as cameos in TV shows like 3rd Rock from the Sun and Touched by an Angel. However, in 1999 she did appear alongside Melissa Joan Hart in one of the Sabrina the Teenage Witch films, Sabrina Down Under, where she played Gwen, Sabrina's sort of English sidekick. Yes, English, or at least I think she's supposed to be English. It's hard to tell, because even in her rare ventures in front of the camera, Tara Strong likes to put on funny voices.
