15 Seinfeld Episodes Guaranteed To Make You Miss The Show

In 1989, comedian Jerry Seinfeld performed a grand experiment for NBC: a show about... nothing. Nine years and around 200 episodes later, though, that show about nothing turned out to be a whole lot of something when the iconic Seinfeld became the standard by which sitcoms are set today. Throughout its nine year span, Seinfeld explored the humor of the little things in everyday life through four neurotic and rather mean spirited friends trying to make their way through modern day New York City through rather hilarious means. They made us laugh, they made us cry from laughter, and occasionally they made us weep for the future of humanity, but we still managed to get a laugh out of it anyway. The show, which was really nothing more than a cult favorite in its beginning, skyrocketed to stardom probably in its fourth season where we saw such episodes as "The Trip," "The Contest," "The Junior Mint," and "The Pilot" among many other fan favorites. That's why it came as an unfortunate surprise to us fans that Jerry Seinfeld had quit the show in 1998, when the show had truly hit its stride, to pursue other opportunities and to focus on his stand up career. The 15th anniversary of the show's infamous series finale fell this past May, so now we showcase the top 15 episodes to hit the NBC airwaves that are guaranteed to make you miss the gang.
