6 Ways Breaking Bad Shouldn't (And Probably Won't) End

6. Walt Jr. Drowns His Father In His Breakfast Cereal

Walt Jr Ok, I grant that this will be funny as hell and I would love to see a deleted scene depicting this death, but it's a universal no-brainer that this will certainly not happen. It would be highly unlikely for Walt Jr. to be able to overpower Walt for that long of a time, despite his impressive barrel roll when protecting Skylar in 'Ozymandias'. And more to the point, is there a bowl big enough to fit Walt's shiny head into? But with saying all of that, surely Walt Jr. will be given another time to shine in the last episode, especially after repeatedly telling Walt to die over the phone, a moment reminiscent of the scene in the first season in which Jr. told his dad to die due to his reluctance to receive treatment for his cancer. Throughout the entire series Jr. has been the least conscious character, and subsequently the most morally pure. Amazing how you can tell your own dad to die and still be a good person, isn't it? Now that Jr. finally knows his father's secret, what's he going to do about it? Is he going to sit and dwell on how blind he has been, or is he going to take action? Walt Jr. is mainly seen at the kitchen table eating breakfast, so perhaps there is a deeper meaning to this common occurrence? A running theme suggesting that cereal, eggs and bacon are to have their moment to shine. Froot Loops at the ready, Jr.
