Marvel Univeil Special Chinese New Year Daredevil Promo
Short, but oh so sweet.
With the show's premiere just around the corner, Netflix have revealed a brand new promo for Season 2 of Marvel's Daredevil, marking the beginning of the Chinese New Year. With Daredevil standing on a building in China Town, the first Tweet launched for the promo video was captioned: "Everyone has a debt to pay. Have you paid yours? Happy Chinese New Year from Hell's Kitchen." Now the video may not be much, but it does make you sit on the edge of your seat wondering what the next step is? How will Elektra come back into it? Is the new season as dark and gloomy as the promo video? Season 2 will feature the return of Charlie Cox returning as Matt Murdock, Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Elden Henson as Foggy Nelson, Scott Glenn as Stick and Rosario Dawson as Claire Temple. The new season will also be bringing along Jon Bernthal's debut as Frank "The Punisher" Castle', also with an appearance from the deadly assassin Elektra Nachos played by Elodie Yung. From what we've seen so far, it looks like Matt has been able to bring order back to the city, but new enemies start to emerge in Hell's Kitchen. It is said that Matt must balance his two lives in order to understand what it is to be a hero, but how will he do that? Will he sacrifice something he loves or even save the life that of an enemy? The new 13-episode season will launch on March18, 2016, one week before Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is released in cinemas.
