Community Season 5: 5 Things We Want To See

Which is weird because it had all the right elements, it was just missing that odd, indescribable spark that makes the show what it is. Watching season 4 was like watching a group of amateur musicians covering your favorite band. It's still the same songs you know and love, but somehow they're just not any good. What was missing? Why, Dan Harmon of course! Which is why all the world's Human Beings are so happy he's back for season 5! But after the major disappointment that was the fourth season, there's a few things we want - nay, need - to help make sure the next season meets expectations. What are those? 5. A New Cast Member

chevy chase With Chevy Chase very publicly moving on from Community and on to.... something, there will be an empty seat around the study room table. So why not fill that seat with a new face for us to get accustomed to? Of course, the show may not feature the study room very prominently, what with it being almost sure that the characters will have all graduated from Greendale. But nonetheless, a new face in the show couldn't possibly hurt. Just, as long as they don't replace Pierce with the lame sitcom version of Pierce (played by Fred Willard) in the episode "History 101". Anything but that. Please.
