Game Of Thrones Season 6: Ranking The Probability Of 15 Major Character Deaths

The King is dead, long live the... Queen?

Obviously anyone paying much attention to the rumours coming out of season 6 of Game Of Thrones will probably now know that dead doesn't necessarily mean dead in Game Of Thrones, but you can't bring 'em all back. Multiple characters will be finished off in this season of the notoriously kill-happy show, and for them, there'll be no route back. At this point, it's almost quicker to sift through characters who will survive a season as opposed to piling up enormous lists of potential victims, but every character will be taking a final breath at some point. It's a simple matter of time and how bloodthirsty David Benioff, D.B. Weiss and George R.R. Martin were feeling when they put pen to paper. Probably very. While it's impossible to rank the entire sprawling cast list, here are some of the most important figures in Westeros and how likely they are to make it out of Season 6 alive...

15. Tyrion

The best bit of news any Game Of Thrones fan could possibly hear right now is that George R.R. Martin's personal favourite character is Tyrion Lannister, and there are plenty of reasons why that's justified. Thankfully, Martin simply won't kill off one of the most complex, finest elements of his story. Tyrion has an incredible amount left to offer, and while I fully expect him to end up sacrificing himself to save the realm at the very end, there's not a chance he's leaving the show in Season 6. Rest easy, Tyrion fans (a.k.a. everyone). Chance of Dying: 1/10
