Chinese and Japanese symbols are common in the tattoo world; it's arty to depict words on your body in a different language, even more so if long words can be represented by just one symbol. That wasn't going through the mind of Seth Rollins when he had 'The Way Of The Warrior' inked on his back.

Somewhat hilariously, Rollins told Graves during an episode of Superstar Ink that the symbols come from The Last Samurai movie starring Tom Cruise. The flick is one of Seth's favourites, and he loves the way in which the main character has to figure out that his life could be more simple than it appears at first glance.

The Bushido design was Rollins' first ever tattoo, and it's essentially the samurai code. For Seth, finding peace in something is a worthy pursuit. Given how deeply he has plunged his life into pro wrestling, this work is arty but definitely an outlook that has worked for Rollins.
