10 Least Successful WWE Tag Teams Of The Last 20 Years

There's a pecking order. At pinnacle of the World Wrestling Entertainment mountain stands the champions. They fought, scratched and clawed their way to the top. They shed blood, sweat and tears. They busted their ass to hold those belts. This is not their story. Instead, this article is about the tag teams that never really put all the pieces together. For every winner's purse, someone else took home the loser's share. More often than not, it was these guys. We're chronicling the least successful WWF/WWE Tag Teams of the last twenty years. The focus was on teams that worked together in at least ten televised matches but still had wretched win-loss records to show for it. Unlike the nameless jobber teams of the 1980s, these were teams composed of contracted WWF superstars. Some teams were reboots of established gimmicks, some teams were thrown together journeymen and some teams just seemed to be employed simply to be fodder for other teams.
