10 Long Term WWE Plans For Brock Lesnar

Lesnar's WWE future after Seth Rollins at SummerSlam.

Brock Lesnar is the biggest marquee attraction in the WWE. That was proved when he headlined and stole the show at WrestleMania 31, in a stellar match-up that solidified his star status. His comeback is now just a couple of months away, with WWE planning on bringing him back for a match with Seth Rollins at this August's SummerSlam. The feud is ready made. Rollins the coward ran from Lesnar and the beast is after revenge. Fans can't wait to see an ass kicking take place. Beyond that, there's a range of other plans that WWE envision for Lesnar's career. The new contract that he signed is for three more years. It is also for around five million dollars a year, meaning that WWE are going to want to utilise him in major ways. There's several avenues that creative will already be thinking towards, many of them long term directions. Just like his match with The Undertaker was planned for several years in advance, WWE will already be essentially aware of what they want to do with Lesnar. The Taker match was first pitched in 2011, but it didn't happen until 2014. Likewise, the Reigns vs Lesnar match was first imagined way back in the fall of 2013. The idea was to build Brock up strong and then make Reigns in the 2015 Mania main event. That didn't happen, but with the following long term plans, WWE will be hoping that Brock Lesnar finds even bigger successes.
