10 Long Term WWE Plans For Brock Lesnar

4. Betrayed By Paul Heyman

Paul Heyman turning on Brock Lesnar is an angle waiting to happen. It benefits both guys. Heyman can be the despicable heel that he's so adept at playing. Meanwhile, Lesnar's babyface run would benefit from the personal narrative that can stem from the turn. There's an inevitability in it, particularly when you think how much WWE love doing these kind of angles. In fact, they already did it with Heyman turning on Brock way back in 2002. They did it again with Heyman turning on CM Punk back in 2013. They'll go back to the well again, as the storyline is a proven way of engaging viewers. It will tug on the emotions, particularly since we all know how close Brock and Paul really are. Look for this one in late 2016. It is also an opportunity for Heyman to manage a new star.
