10 Losses That Need To Happen At WWE SummerSlam 2015

Lesnar should plan on Sunday being a very bad day.

WWE has made it their mission to build SummerSlam into a very special show this year. It's being hyped as a much bigger spectacle than the average big event, closer to the grandeur of WrestleMania. The main event is even being billed as a fight that's "Too Big For WrestleMania". That's a pretty lofty claim.

To WWE's credit, they're trying their best to make this show live up to the hype. There are ten matches booked on a show that needed an extra hour to fit everything in. The Undertaker is returning for a non-WrestleMania match against the biggest attraction in the company, Brock Lesnar.

Also, WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins and United States Champion John Cena are both putting their titles on the line in a huge match-up against each other.

With many of these ten bouts looking like they are sure to entertain, it's time for people like me to speculate on what will go down at this show. For this preview, every match will be analyzed from the perspective of the potential losers. Who needs to lose will be weighed against who is more likely to lose because sometimes WWE doesn't follow my rationale.

The following ten matches from the card have been analyzed and are sure to have readers who object to my predictions, so feel free to banter in the comments along the way...

10. Dolph Zigger Vs. Rusev

This is the romance angle of the night that nobody really asked for. Lana has left her Bulgarian Brute Rusev for the more charming and less hairy-chested Dolph Ziggler. With his hot Summer by his side, Rusev hopes to crush the man who is with his former lover.

Who Needs To Lose: Rusev

This is one of those situations where nobody really needs to lose. They both could benefit from a win here to spring back up the roster a few pegs. But since it feels like Dolph has been out of any top tier feuds for way longer, he could use the win more than Rusev.

But as much as neither really needs the loss, there needs to be resolution at SummerSlam. If Lana is turning on Dolph, go ahead and do it. If one of them has to eat a clean loss, have it happen here. This storyline isn't connecting and they all need to move on.

Who Will Likely Lose: Dolph Ziggler

Ziggler might be in more need of the win but the safer pick is that he'll lose. With this Rusev win and a possible reunion with Lana, perhaps WWE can return to booking him as more of a dominant monster who's bent on crushing his opponents.

The last few months can be written off asLana being brainwashed by 'western propaganda.'
