Extreme Rules is in the books and the show appears to have lived up to its name. Even in this PG era, there was a dive off a cage, a Powerbomb through an announce table, and a bloody back littered with thumbtacks. In addition to those "extreme" spots, there was also an Intercontinental Title Match that was filled with unending athleticism.

All over this card wrestlers worked hard to deliver some amazing moments and their efforts are appreciated.

Here are the 10 most insane spots from the show...

Congratulations are in order for the new United States Champion, Rusev. This is his second time holding that belt and hopefully he's returned to the Brute-ish ways of his first title run. Judging by the ending of this match against Kalisto, that's a safe bet.

Rusev delivered this press slam to Kalisto onto the apron, which prompted to the ref to consider stopping the match. Rusev wouldn't allow that and kept moving in on him until he finally locked in his Accolade. The DQ might've been in Kalisto's best interest but Rusev knew a title change wasn't happening with that finish.
