4. The Calcium Injection

The late Davey Boy Smith developed an obsession with taking steroids during the British Bulldog's height of fame. Aside from the obvious problems, Smith had one glaring issue to contend with... He couldn't inject himself. For those of you that are unfamiliar with steroid use, more often than not they are injected into one of you bottom cheeks. Obviously, Davey couldn't reach round there on his own so asked his trusty partner in crime, The Dynamite Kid, to do it for him.
