10 New WWE Superstars Who Are Guaranteed Long-Term Employment
These are the major investments that will be carrying WWE for years to come

So far in 2015, WWE’s roster has become far more diversified and exciting, as an entirely new group of WWE superstars have been main-eventing both TV shows and PPVs. In fact, some of these Superstars have already taken part in several matches that are considered Match of the Year candidates. The issue of their longevity will undoubtedly be a big part of WWE's planning at the minute.
With so much already invested in WWE’s most established Superstars, there is now a need to think more about the future and less about the biggest stars from the past. As such, WWE will look to their current talent pool and invest in several wrestlers who will undoubtedly carry the company for years to come.
Each one of the following individuals has signed with WWE fairly recently, and have been with the company for less than five years. At the same time, all have been very successful in establishing themselves as fan favorites in a very short amount of time, and will without question become regular Superstars in WWE for a very long time.
As Vince McMahon is looking for someone he could have carry the company into the future, he already has his future put before him with these ten individuals. The only question left to ask is which one of these ten long-term investments will become the next face of the WWE?
10. Kalisto

Ever since WWE lost both Alberto del Rio and Rey Mysterio, they’ve been lacking in Superstars that could appeal to the Latino demographic. After all, the pair were both treated as legends in Mexico, and their international reputations made them tremendous draws for WWE.
WWE may have found a potential replacement for Mysterio in Kalisto, the former Samurai del Sol. He possesses many of the same traits as Mysterio did: he’s lightning-fast, performs a lot of impressive aerial manoeuvres, wears a cool-looking mask, and his matches are enjoyed by different demographics.
As such, it would be wise to consider Kalisto as a long-term investment. He was popular on NXT, and since he debuted on the main roster as one half of the Lucha Dragons tag team, that popularity has continued to grow. Moreover, with the rise of Lucha Underground as a popular alternative to WWE programming, Vince needs someone who can draw in fans of that show, and the ideal person to do that is Kalisto.
Whether he continues as a tag team wrestler, or pursues a singles career sometime down the road, expect to see him presented regularly on WWE programming. With a massive void left by Mysterio’s departure, as well as considerable demand for cruiserweight wrestling, Kalisto is one of the few wrestlers who can fill that role and satisfy that fan demand.
