10 Reasons Daniel Bryan's WWE Career Is In Jeopardy

It could be all over for Bryan.

Daniel Bryan was sent home from WWE's April 2015 European tour due to injury. Reportedly, the issue in question is a concussion. But the truth is, it is just one of many problems faced by Daniel Bryan in the WWE right now. Despite a WrestleMania victory for the Intercontinental Championship, Bryan is in a very delicate spot with the company. His future is in question and it isn't solely down to physical worries. Creatively and politically, there's reasons to worry about his pro wrestling standing. Before considering Bryan's future, his past should be discussed. He has previously proved remarkably resilient when overcoming adversity. When first signing with WWE in 2009, he looked like the most unlikely future champion ever. When he was then ridiculed on commentary, and finally fired for choking an announcer with a ring tie, it looked like he'd never ever taste WWE success. But four years after his release, Daniel Bryan was closing WrestleMania as WWE Champion. Credit to WWE for rehiring him and pushing him as an upper mid carder throughout the last few years, but much bigger credit to Bryan for having the force of personality and sublime in-ring work that ensured he had to be a main eventer. But that main event status and his very career is now in question. Here's why.
