This one is an easy choice, but it's worth repeating, anyway. The man, simply put, loves his fans, and he continues to go above and beyond what it takes to make them happy. He has granted close to 500 wishes for the Make-A-Wish Foundation alone, making him far and away the most popular celebrity that the company has ever dealt with. Not just most popular wrestler, but most popular celebrity. More of these children want to see John Cena than they do any other professional athlete, musician, actor, or anyone else you can think of. That's a staggering amount of work, and that's just with one particular charity. The best part about Cena's charity work is that you never hear or see reports that he seems to be faking his enthusiasm with the kids. Sometimes, you'll hear about a celebrity doing charity work, but reports will come out saying that he or she seemed distant, like they would rather be doing something else. By all accounts, Cena is engaging, happy to be there, and always does what he can to put smiles on the faces of those he is there to see. That's commendable, especially considering a lot of his "meetings" take place after wrestling events, where he is tired and sore.
