10 Reasons Randy Orton Is Still Missing From WWE

The Viper is coiled and waiting to strike.

Just where in the blue hell is Randy Orton? WWE's Apex Predator, who has been out of in-ring action since October, has been advertised to appear at numerous events throughout January but hasn't been seen. With WWE now well on the road to WrestleMania, and with the unrest surrounding the Royal Rumble failing to significantly die down, a Randy return to TV could be the tonic the disgruntled WWE Universe needs. Orton was last seen on the receiving end of a curb-stomp by Seth Rollins, so many are assuming that a return for the former Legend Killer would throw him straight into a programme with the self professed Future of the WWE. Seth's defeat to Daniel Bryan last night on Raw also opens the door for a feud with Orton. Rollins, who stole the show in the triple threat match for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at the Royal Rumble, faced the leader of the Yes Movement in a match to determine Roman Reigns' opponent at Fast Lane. The winner of the Bryan/Reigns meeting will then go on to WrestleMania and face Brock Lesnar for the belt. The powers that be have succumbed to the mounting pressure from the WWE Universe and have seemingly change their plans. What happens if Bryan looses to Reigns at Fast Lane isn't worth thinking about. There could be a full blown riot in Memphis, Tennessee. One way WWE could prevent this is by finally brining Randy Orton back from this current hiatus. The Viper has proved he can be a leading babyface as well as a leading heel. Here are 10 reasons why WWE, unthinkably, haven't brought him back yet.
