10 Things WWE Needs To Bring Back

9. Stage Variety & Pyro

If variety is the spice of life, why does every single set WWE produces nowadays look identical?

Aside from contrasting colors and different commentators, Raw and SmackDown Live! feel like carbon copies of one another right now. Are these not supposed to be different brands? Does WWE even know what the word brand means?

You can leave Raw the way it us, but change up SmackDown Live! to make it stand out a bit from it's Monday night counterpart. Daniel Bryan alluded to the iconic SmackDown fist set from the early 2000s awhile ago; why not bring that back? And how about bringing back different stages for each pay-per-view? Designing a set based around specific events often adds to the immersion. Again, any little bit of engagement like that you can get with the audience is always going to be a good thing.

And seriously, did they have to remove pyro? Designed to hype people up and literally spark immediate interest in what's happening on-screen, WWE's product has noticeably fallen in terms of excitement since fireworks stopped opening the shows. Obviously these are financial decisions, but we hear the company has a spare bob or two, so why not go all out?
