10 Things WWE Wants You To Forget About CM Punk

Beyond the former World Champion ever existing, here's the moments from Punk's career they want you to forget the most...

CM Punk has been one of the biggest names in World Wrestling Entertainment for nearly a decade. His eight years in the company has apparently come to an end after he walked out of WWE the night after this year's Royal Rumble and there's no indication of when or if he might come back. Punk is a former two time WWE Champion and three time World Heavyweight Champion that's also won the Money in the Bank match twice. Even though the Slammy Awards are often times very questionable, he won Superstar of the Year in 2011. His resume is very impressive. He's also the guy that has arguably been the best performer in WWE for at least the last five years. His work on the microphone is unparalleled. In terms of his matches, he's clearly one of the best in the world. His matches with John Cena at Money in the Bank 2011 and Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam 2013 were both matches of the year for most fans in those years. Just like anybody that reaches the very top of the wrestling business, there are things that WWE really doesn't want you to know about. In Punk's case, a lot of the things in his life are pretty known thanks to that outstanding "Best In The World" DVD that WWE produced in 2012. Right now, with Punk removed from every TV show packages and shows, you could argue that WWE want you to forget that Punk ever existed. But should he walk back through the WWE door sometime soon, these will be the things they hoped you would forget...
