10 Wrestling Facts We Didn't Know Last Week (May 17)

Cesaro Raw
WWE

There's been talk of "brass rings", a tag-team formation that saved him from singles hell and more. Cesaro's run in WWE has been one of untapped potential, and it doesn't look like he'll ever be the guy Vince McMahon signs off on as World Champion unless something dramatic happens.

Get the message? Cesaro did.

He found out via text that he'd be moving brands again in the latest Superstar Shake-Up. In the same interview with talkSPORT, the Swiss star revealed who was behind his tag with Sheamus in the first place. The answer might surprise you (hint: it wasn't McMahon, and it wasn't either of The Bar).

Here, you'll also learn what WWE creative wanted to call Ahmed Johnson back in the mid-90s, what The Undertaker told Rusev after their thrown-together match in Saudi Arabia at last year's Greatest Royal Rumble, and find out what was running through Drew McIntyre's mind at MITB 2010.

Further, Peyton Royce had some interesting things to say this week about Sasha Banks' backstage behaviour at WrestleMania 35. They don't exactly square with reports that Banks was unhappy with the booking or threw a strop in the locker room...
