10 WWE Wrestlers Who Grossly Under-Achieved In 2017

7. Curt Hawkins

Even for perennial jobber Curt Hawkins, failing to pick up a single victory in 2017* has to be viewed as underachieving.

In point of fact, the former Edgehead has not tasted victory since November of 2016 when he beat Apollo Crews on an episode of SmackDown. In that time he's only avoided defeat the once, and that was only a draw.

In a funny kind of way, though, things are sort of looking up. Despite his horrific run of form, Hawkins didn't join the likes of Darren Young and Emma in being released from the WWE payroll back in the fall, which means someone backstage still thinks he's a useful member of the roster.

*Correct at the time of writing. There are a solid three weeks of WWE programming left in 2017, so it's entirely possible - though extremely unlikely - that Hawkins could break his duck before we call in the new year.
