To many a professional wrestler, the WWE is the be-all and end-all of the wrestling industry and is the company that so many dream of stepping into the ring for. As such, this is the land where the big bucks often lie. Obviously the financial aspect is a huge thing, but a good contract can just as easily be one that offers long-term job security in an industry that can so often be riddled with uncertainty.
