5 WWE Stars Who Were Kicked Out Of The Locker Room

Shake hands, be humble and DO NOT spill chicken on Chris Benoit's gym bag!

Today's WWE locker room is, by all accounts, a relatively peaceful and safe place. You're more likely to find the likes of Roman Reigns, Kofi Kingston and John Cena playing video games and drinking protein shakes than hazing rookies and pounding beers. The WWE has cleaned up its image a lot in recent years, and that extends to the locker room.

Of course, it wasn't always this way. In fact, WWE locker rooms used to be what could be politely termed a 'shark tank', a place where every guy and girl were competing with one another to become bigger stars, leading to politicking, backstabbing and all manner of underhanded tactics. Then you had rituals like 'Wrestler's Court', a kangaroo court designed to punish performers for breaking locker room protocol.

Although it is a demeaning and farcical process (the defendant never wins), it's a lot better to be charged in Wrestler's Court and have to, say, buy beer for a veteran than it is to be physically thrown out of the locker room and forced to change elsewhere, away from the rest of the boys. This is a fate that has befallen several WWE superstars over the years, caused by everything from sitting in someone else's seat to making disparaging remarks about a senior, respected member of the roster.

It's difficult to say just how many (usually rookies) have been ejected from the WWE locker room over the years, but there are at least five instances that we know about.

Here they are, including the reason(s) (or lack thereof) why.
