7 Reasons WWE Royal Rumble 2015 Will Bore You To Tears

Let's be honest. This is as boring as WWE has ever been, right?

Sunday evening is WWE's Royal Rumble event, and the company can't be more mired in creative doldrums than they are right now. Actually, the company is so waylaid by creative stasis that they're possibly more boring to watch than ever before. In fact, WWE's so boring that Brock Lesnar would rather go back to getting punched in the face in UFC's Octagon than give Dean Ambrose a german suplex and an F-5. The Royal Rumble is one of WWE's hallmark "big four" shows, but may be 2015's biggest dud of an event. Why? Well, as compared to Roman Reigns or Daniel Bryan, the company doesn't feel particularly invested in any other performers as marquee, Rumble-winning names. Sure there are guys like Dolph Ziggler and Bray Wyatt who work hard and show up to work each and every single week and captivate the audience. But, for whatever reason they're not seen as the stars prepared to start the process of rebuilding WWE in earnest. So instead, we as a collective WWE Universe sit and wait, bored and hopeful for creative to create a better day. Sunday night's event will absolutely bore you completely to tears. No, it's unwise to get excited for this one, because you're probably going to be really let down by the results. Here's why.
