7 Ups & 2 Downs From Last Night's WWE SmackDown (Aug 14)

Ups...

7. Jobber Death

Rowan Jobbers

This week's Bludgeon Brothers squash was identical to the last. Harper and Rowan marched solemnly to the ring, where the tantalising trio of Tony Bone, Jimmy Ping, and Terry Spice awaited. The geeks were then promptly murdered. The Bludgeons smashed, splattered, and squished them around ringside, using each as a crash test dummy, before heading back to the ring and landing their Doomsday Device variant for the exclamation point.

Repetitive? Absolutely. Lazy? Perhaps. Still, watching The Bludgeon Brothers battering goobers is always fun, and this was no exception.

There was one slight variation this week, as Harper and Rowan assaulted the nerds before the bell, so the bout never truly got started. Do they care? Do they b*llocks. Breaking bones is their business, and business is good.
