Impact's tag team division once again becomes the focal point.

Following on from last week's rather mixed episode, Impact Wrestling bounced back with what turned out to be a heavily enjoyable instalment of their weekly show this time around.

The main highlights of the night were the main event World Tag Team Championships match, pitting champions The North against challengers Eddie Edwards and Marufuji, as well as all the build towards next week's Elimination Challenge. Between the promos from some of the competitors throughout the night and the tag team match later on in the evening's entertainment, it's provided plenty of reasons to be invested in the match.

Elsewhere, we had another brief encounter backstage between Jessicka Havok and Suzie, Trey of The Rascalz secured his position as the challenger for Ace Austin's X Division Championship at Hard To Kill on 12 January, and Johnny Swinger took a dump in Michael Elgin's back because why not really? As mentioned in the opening paragraph, it was a heavily enjoyable episode, not a completely enjoyable one. That right there was one of the prime reasons why.

With the Hard To Kill card already starting to be pieced together, it should be intriguing to see what roads Impact take to reach the end destination. Let's get to it...
