7 Ups & 7 Downs From Last Night's WWE SmackDown (May 14)

7. Creepy Lars

Lars Sullivan's main roster presentation has been spot on so far, but this week brought his first misstep.

The big man was hanging out backstage, breathing heavily, as Kayla Braxton attempted to conduct an interview. She wanted 'The Freak's' thoughts on his recent path of destruction. Rather than answering, Lars just stood there looking weird, creeping Braxton out to the point that she bailed.

Respect to Kayla for trying to act her way out of this poorly-conceived segment. It didn't work, sadly. Sullivan came across as off-putting, not intimidating, though that might be an appropriate reinvention given his message board history.

A caffeine-dependent life-form from the frozen wastes of north east Scotland. He once tried to start a revolution but didn't print enough pamphlets, so hardly anyone turned up. Give him a follow @andyhmurray. You'll have a great time. Maybe.
