All Out, the sequel to last year's embryonic Being the Elite indie show All In, sold out every single one of its tickets within just 15 minutes of going on sale yesterday morning.

Just two matches, 'Hangman' Page vs. Chris Jericho and Jon Moxley vs. Kenny Omega, had been announced for the Chicago show when tickets became available. Quarter of an hour later, they were gone.

Speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer suggested that the demand for tickets within the first 30 minutes beat any WrestleMania in history.

According to the veteran journalist, 72,500 people were in the online ticketing queue after half an hour of going live. Based on the rate of sales - and accounting for multiple and fake accounts - Meltzer estimated some 130,000 tickets could have shifted for the show in the time period.

The demand "would be the highest for any pro wrestling show I've ever heard of," he said.

Last September's All In, which laid the groundwork for the formation of All Elite Wrestling, likewise sold out its allocation in double-quick time. The company's debut show Double or Nothing was entirely full in just four minutes. 12,000 packed Las Vegas' MGM Grand Garden Arena on the night.

AEW All Out is scheduled 31 August at Chicago's Sears Centre Arena. Before then, the promotion alights in Daytona Beach, FL on 29 June for Fyter Fest.
