The debuts of NXT star divas Charlotte and Sasha Banks on the main WWE roster are imminent. The current plans, according to PWInsider, are to team up the divas with Paige against The Bella Twins and Alicia Fox in a six-divas tag match at SummerSlam. It was also noted that Bayley was considered for a call up to the main roster, but she's currently dealing with a broken hand and may not be ready in time. The next WWE PPV is Battleground on July 19, which could be another match with Paige challenging Nikki Bella for the Divas Title with the story being that Paige has no friends. That's when Charlotte and Sasha can debut or they can save it for Raw the next night. Since SummerSlam takes place on August 23, there are five weeks to build up to the match. After Charlotte dropped the NXT Women's Title to Banks back in February, fans were hoping that she would be on the main roster after WrestleMania. Charlotte appeared on Raw in a match last December when she lost to Natalya leading up to a NXT special, but that wasn't considered a full time main roster debut. Banks is the current NXT Women's Champion that has wrestled Charlotte many times including in the main event of a NXT live event in Philadelphia. She has spent most of her time in NXT as a heel, but in this storyline she would be a face that shows up to help Paige.
