Becky Lynch Vs. Charlotte Flair Vs. Ronda Rousey To Main Event WWE WrestleMania 35?
WWE could make history with a HUGE women's Triple Threat.
WrestleMania 35 is still three months away, but it looks like WWE are on the verge of 'making history' by having three women face off in the night's main event for the first time ever.
Per Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, WWE plan on booking Ronda Rousey vs. Charlotte Flair vs. Becky Lynch as the headliner, presumably for one of the company's Women's Championships.
While far from a done deal, Meltzer notes that this is WWE's "working idea" at the moment. It's also why the planned Rousey vs. Flair Royal Rumble match was scrapped in favour of Rousey vs. Sasha Banks.
Vince McMahon's propensity to change his mind means the bout is far from set in stone, and it's likely that he won't make a definitive decision on which match goes last until a few days before 'Mania itself, but with WWE's women's division the most exciting thing in the company and Ronda now a bigger draw than Brock Lesnar (per Meltzer), the Triple Threat makes sense as a headliner.
Lesnar vs. Seth Rollins is still expected to be the big men's match, with 'The Kingslayer' pencilled in as this year's Rumble winner.
