Bray Wyatt Face Turn Planned

The New Face of Fear to become WWE's hottest good guy?

Bray Wyatt is currently at a point in his career where he doesn't wrestle regularly on television anymore, but he gets to do a lot of promos. Sometimes they are in the ring, but a lot of the time they are in a backstage area. He's currently in a feud with Ryback that he will likely win, which will be good for him since he'll probably win the feud. What about his long term future? According to a discussion by Dave Meltzer on Observer Radio at F4WOnline.com, he's likely going to be a babyface, although there are no immediate plans in place for that to happen. Meltzer noted that now is not the right time for it. This is one of those things that we have to keep in the back of our minds because there's a very good chance that Wyatt will be a huge babyface star once he does his turn. He's already got the fans support when he enters the arena and the entire crowd lights up the darkened arena by holding up their cell phones to give him light. His career path seems to be similar to what Mick Foley did as Mankind back in 1996. He didn't compete for titles that often. He was a different kind of guy that started off as a heel, but as time went on the people started to like him because he was unique. That's why Wyatt will find success as a good guy. People will be drawn to him since he doesn't look like anybody else in WWE. Wyatt has been calling himself "The New Face of Fear" for several months now. It was done as a way to build up to his match with The Undertaker at WrestleMania. Like we saw with The Undertaker in his career, fans can still be drawn to a character that is supposed to be evil. What really matters is that these guys are booked as winners and if WWE treats Wyatt that way then the fans can get behind him. A face turn could be the best thing for him. Now may not be the right time since WWE needs top heels and he's definitely one of those, but later this year or early next year it's very possible that we see a change in Wyatt. Perhaps the crowd supporting him is what will allow him to truly break out as a main event performer in WWE. Do you want to see Wyatt stay a heel or turn face? Let us know in the comments below.
