Bray Wyatt Requests New WWE Theme Song From Slipknot

Is this the end of of 'Live In Fear'?

Bray Wyatt's ring entrance has always been a huge part of his act, with the darkened arena, smoke, lantern, fireflies, and Mark Crozer & The Relics' brooding "Live In Fear" track combining to create one of WWE's greatest modern ring walks.

It'll be a shame to see this go, as no matter how diminished Bray's act has become, his entrance always looked great. Regardless, the former 'Eater Of Worlds' is in the midst of a major reinvention with his Firefly Fun House. Recent skits suggest his new character will retain some dark elements, but the aesthetics are different.

A new theme is a must, and it looks like Wyatt has a specific song in mind:-

Slipknot released "Unsainted" last week, along with the news that their upcoming album, "We Are Not Your Kind," will come out on 9 August.

While the song's choral buildup and stomping verse rhythms would make for a great entrance song, it's hard to see WWE going for it. The promotion rarely pay for licensed themes. Ronda Rousey's use of Joan Jett's "Bad Reputation" is a recent exception, but we can likely expect a CFO$ number for the new Bray Wyatt instead - not that that's a problem.
