Brock Lesnar Moving To WWE SmackDown?

Is The Beast going to the blue brand?

Brock Lesnar SmackDown

Brock Lesnar could be moving to SmackDown Live to boost ratings for their new Fox TV deal, according to Ringside News.

The current Universal Champion, who makes rare appearances on Monday Night Raw at the moment, is being advertised promoting SmackDown Live. The show is set to start on Fox this October.

This has led to speculation over whether The Beast Incarnate will not only be sticking around in WWE following WrestleMania 35, but transferring to the blue brand and making regular appearances.

Lesnar hasn't even featured in promotional material for August's SummerSlam, with some assuming he may be making a return to UFC instead. This development means he could be one of the flagship names used to attract ratings to WWE's new Friday night SmackDown show which launches in October.

Brock last made an appearance on SmackDown in August 2016, when he attacked Randy Orton prior to their match at SummerSlam.

Nevertheless, with WWE needing a boost in audience to justify their high-profile Fox TV deal, many major stars could be swapping brands in the coming months.

Furthermore, if this rumour is true, Lesnar would presumably no longer be Universal Champion. Seth Rollins is challenging for the belt at WrestleMania 35.
