CM Punk Documentary To Air Tonight

ESPN's warts and all documentary ahead of Punk's first fight arrives this evening.

Part one of ESPN's 'UFC Presents: Evolution of Punk' documentary mini-series on the upcoming UFC debut of CM Punk is scheduled to air this evening. For those of y'all in the States the time to note down is 9:30pm EST, and the show will air on FS1.

A trailer for the show is available and gives an insight as to what we can expect from the documentary. Judging by the trailer there will be lots of slow motion shots of Punk running in the snow, of Punk grappling with various training partners and a whole lot of AJ Lee looking worried.

Punk's UFC debut is drawing ever closer, with his first fight coming on September 10th at the UFC 203 event. His first opponent inside the Octagon is scheduled to be Mickey Gall, and the event is expected to be headlined by a UFC Heavyweight Championship match between champion Stipe Miocic and former champ Alistair Overeem.

Punk has always proved to be an engaging interviewee, and as a result I would expect the documentary to enjoyable to say the least.
