Dana White Comments On Ronda Rousey Missing WrestleMania

UFC President continues to troll WWE fans.

UFC President Dana White has commented on Ronda Rousey missing WrestleMania 32. He was speaking as part of UFC's promotional tour in Melbourne, Australia. Rousey appeared alongside him and admitted she would have loved to work Mania next year, but is scheduled to be in Jakarta, Indonesia to shoot a movie. She also added that WWE fans like to be surprised, perhaps teasing a future appearance. But Dana White shot back with a typical put-down on Rousey / WWE working together. "The thing she did with WWE was cool, it was cool," he said. "She did a great job, I thought it was awesome, but believe me when I tell you she's got a lot of s**t to do. She's pretty busy. Why would you want to see her wrestle when you can see her fight?" White has been making particular issue lately of his product being real, and WWE's product being fake. The line about seeing her wrestle, when you can see her fight, is another veiled dig. He also recently said he isn't Vince McMahon, when somebody asked him what he thought the outcome of a UFC fight would be. It was a shot at Vince knowing all WWE results ahead of time, while he can never know who is going to win his UFC fights. The most infamous White WWE comment was when he called it "fake s***", back at the start of August. But the truth is that he really does appreciate the WWE guys, and has many good relationships with the wrestlers. He just doesn't like the pre-determined product being compared to his very real product. Rousey working with WWE again is an inevitability, but it is still some way off. Her MMA career still has plenty to offer, and her movie career could conceivably take off in 2016.
