Daniel Bryan Rumour Killer - He Isn't Being Released

WWE deny Bryan is to leave WWE next week.

Daniel Bryan isn't being released from his contract next week, with WWE confirming the rumours circulating are false. An informant to Scott Keith's Blog Of Doom website had claimed that Bryan would be released on Monday. Supposedly, they worked in WWE HR, and overheard the news. Scott Keith ran it as a story, citing the fact that his sources had been the same people who broke the John Cena reality show news. On that occasion, the source was 100% accurate, Cena did leave to do a reality show. It now appears Bryan is scheduled for an appearance next week, at a WWE meet and greet. WWE got in touch with me to confirm that Keith's story is wrong. They told me "There is no truth to the letter from a supposed HR employee." Still, while Bryan's future is secure in the short term, there are still questions over his long term future. That was why the fake informant gained some traction with his story, as it did sound plausible based upon Bryan's long period of inactivity. Meanwhile, the injured superstar has been using his social media to express his frustration at WWE for not clearing him to compete, which has also fanned the flames of speculation around his future.
