OK, here's the answer.
The young man being strangled by Hulk Hogan's WrestleMania II opponent is none other than current WWE tag-team star Luke Gallows. Gallows posted this pic on his Instagram page and said he'd found it whilst clearing out some old things in his garage.
It's a cool throwback to a time when Gallows was nothing more than a wide-eyed wrestling fan (one wearing the classic 'Austin 3:16' t-shirt, by the looks of things). Given what he's wearing, this pic must've been snapped during Bundy's final run in WWE during the mid-90s; fans of The Undertaker won't appreciate us bringing that up.
