Is Vince McMahon Blocking Hulk Hogan's WWE Return?

No red & yellow for Raw's 25th anniversary.

WWE have assembled an incredible star-studded lineup for Raw's 25th Anniversary next week. With everyone from Hall-Of-Famers Steve Austin, Ric Flair, and The Undertaker to oddities like The Brooklyn Brawler set to feature, it looks like Vince McMahon has reached out to every single name in his phone book, bar one.

Hulk Hogan is not expected to appear this Monday night, and a recent interview with the Associated Press insinuates that this is the Chairman's decision. 'The Hulkster' claims that Triple H "would love to see [him] back," but that "they" would not, and given that Vince is the only other executive mentioned in the article, it isn't hard to deduce who he's referring to.

This isn't exactly a huge surprise. Hogan was all but deleted from history in the wake of his sex tape scandal, and although his name has crept back onto television since winning the case, he remains an outcast. Given that he's currently involved in a fresh lawsuit relating to the tape, this is unlikely to change anytime soon.

"At this time, WWE remains committed to its decision," the company commented. Perhaps it's a work, but it sounds like they're staying steadfast.
