James Storm Makes WWE Debut At NXT Tapings

Former TNA veteran finally comes to WWE!

TNA veteran James Storm debuted at WWE's NXT TV tapings from Full Sail University last night. The former TNA Heavyweight Champion, who has spent 18 long years in the business, becomes a surprising WWE debutant at the age of 38 and just the latest name to have jumped from TNA's sinking ship to WWE's rising promotion. He signed with WWE after at least a week's worth of talks, being spotted backstage and at ringside at events in recent days. Like Samoa Joe before him this summer, Storm has been granted the privilege of wrestling under his recognised ring name. He defeated NXT enhancement talent Danny Burch in a quick squash match using his Eye Of The Storm finisher. Playing the babyface, Storm orchestrated a clap and cheer with the fans after the match, which you will be able to see on the October 21st NXT show. Here's how WWE confirmed his appearance;
