Goldust To AEW Thumb

British wrestling legend Jimmy Havoc was last night announced on Twitter as the latest wrestler to join All Elite Wrestling's roster.

Havoc becomes the 16th member of AEW's in-ring talent joining the likes of Chris Jericho, Pac, and Christopher Daniels in the company founded by Cody Rhodes and The Young Bucks.

Jimmy Havoc is well-known to British indy wrestling fans due to his time in Progress Wrestling, ICW and Defiant Wrestling. The longest reigning Progress World Champion, he also appeared in TNA in early 2016, and was the first British wrestler to compete in CZW's Tournament of Death, which he went on to win in 2017.

The hardcore wrestling icon responded to the announcement by tweeting, "The future starts here."

The Havoc announcement is expected to be the first of many by AEW this week, tomorrow sees the company hold their ticket announcement party for AEW Double or Nothing at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas.

Additional roster members are expected to be unveiled, with much speculation surrounding Kenny Omega. It's thought Omega's contract with New Japan Pro Wrestling has officially expired, and with the MGM Grand teasing "The announcement you've been waiting for...", could we see 'The Best Bout Machine' going to AEW?
